We use information to authenticate your account, provide emergency-alert functionality, synchronise your profile and contacts, send messages and notifications, maintain app security, and improve the service.
3. Emergency alerts and location
When you initiate an SOS alert, your selected contacts may receive an SMS or push notification containing the emergency type, identifying information, and a link to your current location. Only activate an alert when you intend to share this information.
4. Storage and service providers
The app uses local device storage and Firebase services for authentication, data synchronisation, and push notifications. Those services may process information according to their own privacy terms.
5. Data choices
You can edit profile details and emergency contacts within the app. You may also revoke location, SMS, or notification permissions through your device settings, although doing so may prevent key safety features from working.
